In many properties, our staff will be located onsite or nearby, so they are readily available to assist you.
In some cases, we may not have accommodation available in one of our properties.
We provide a welcome pack on arrival that includes some basic supplies for when you first move in, an accommodation guide and information about the nearest shops, transport and other necessities.
You will also receive the name and contact details of the accommodation coordinator assigned to your location, who is there to help you with any questions or issues.
If this happens, we will try to arrange for you to stay at one of our selected external accommodation providers and provide help with out of pocket expenses.
As of June 1, SAAS switched to a new accommodation system for students to request and manage their accommodations.In 2017-2018, we provided accommodation to approximately 989 families across Australia.Most people will be able to stay at one of our properties, located near major treating hospitals throughout Australia.That includes the duty to accommodate service animals of employees and customers who need them.These classifications can be a little confusing at times, but in most cases, it’s relatively easy to accommodate service animals.
